Martin is the co-founder and lead clinician at Journey to Meaning. A graduate of the M.Ed Counselling Psychology program at the University of Toronto, Martin is passionate about helping individuals and couples foster self-efficacy, confidence and life-long meaning. His specialties address personal performance, social anxiety, self-esteem and relational issues.

Candace is the co-founder and Director of Education at Journey to Meaning. A lifelong learner and talented educator, Candace has extensive experience in community development, mental health education and community mental health. Candace has been featured in multiple media platforms for her approach to mental health literacy, including Rogers TV.
