From Experience to Expertise

My journey into corporate mental health education wasn't born in a classroom—it started in the workplace. Early in my career in the corporate sector, I experienced the crushing weight of workplace burnout. I saw firsthand how high-pressure environments, without the right support systems, can deplete even the most passionate and high-performing employees.

I realized that 'resilience' isn't just an individual trait; it is a cultural ecosystem. This pivotal moment shifted my focus from individual support to organizational culture transformation.

Today, I use that lived experience to help HR leaders and executives bridge the gap between policy and people. I understand the silence that surrounds stress in professional settings. My mission is to break that silence, equipping your leadership teams with the mental health literacy they need to spot the signs early, foster psychological safety, and build a workforce that is sustainable, engaged, and resilient.
