Welcome! I am happy that your curiosity has led you here. I’m Candace Singh, a passionate mental health educator with nearly a decade of experience.

 

Since 2016, I have been empowering community members through education, and I quickly learned that this is my purpose. I genuinely enjoy watching my students' faces light up as they learn something new, and I feel overjoyed when that “something new” is shared with others. So, how do I do it? Through my years of experience and education, I have curated a unique, student-centred and experiential approach. I facilitate learning experiences that leave impactful impressions and a buzz that lasts.

Journey into Mental Health Education

Inspired by my own experiences with burnout and overwhelming stress in the workplace, I became an advocate for mental health literacy and education. I intend to promote mental wellness to enhance our approach to wellness in our team members, businesses and communities.

I've dedicated more than 10 years of my career to social service and community mental health agencies and programming. I have designed, coordinated, and facilitated community mental health workshops and psychoeducational courses in this space and provided individualized consultation to community members, professionals, and business leaders.

​

My unique approach to adult education and mental health literacy has given me the privilege of being a guest speaker at multiple professional conferences, webinars, and television programs.
